Michael began his cello studies at the age of 3. His early studies involved taking lessons with various National Arts Center cellists, international camps with world-renowned teachers, and many others including weekly orchestra and chamber music. Michael attended the Glenn Gould School of Music for post-secondary education. He has had the opportunity to perform with professional orchestras in Canada as well as the NAC Orchestra. Michael is Suzuki-trained and has done up to Grade 10 RCM examinations with his students.
Michael's rate per half hour private lesson at Long & McQuade Orleans is $27.
